The user interface isn't quite as slick, but it's an excellent complement to Ad-Aware.

HiJackThis

This brilliant utility was originally designed by Merijn for detecting Browser Hijacks, but it's brilliant features allow you to identify worms, viruses and some spyware too. You'll need to post your log for analysis by an expert at a security forum like the one found at DaniWeb.
